PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording-element substrate dryer of an ink-jet recording head which enables the moisture inside the recording-element substrate of the ink-jet recording head to be completely eliminated and the falling of printing yield of the head fabrication with attaching a film to an ink delivery port to be inhibited while enabling an increase in a fault cost to be suppressed. SOLUTION: The recording-element substrate of the ink-jet recording head after being cut from a wafer shape is made to be absorbed to a stage reciprocating upward and downward with keeping the substrate fixed to a dicing frame and film, and a clean air or inert gas such as nitrogen or the like is jetted from blow nozzles arranged in plurality which reciprocate right and left, and the air or inert gas jetted passes through a single row of ink delivery ports formed on the recording-element substrate of the ink-jet recording head and the inside of the same substrate and is finally discharged from other ink delivery port.
