PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely establish service usage fee in accordance with diversification of service embodiment which a user utilizes when image data is read out from a confidential box and is printed (confidential printing). SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus has a constitution equipped with the confidential box, and is equipped with a box designating part 22 for designating the confidential box, a data storing part 24 for storing the image data in the confidential box designated by this box designating part 22, and storing the kind of the service used when the image data is stored in the confidential box in accordance with the image data, a printing indicating part 24 for indicating printing of the image data stored in the confidential box by this data storing part 24, and a counter part 26 with a plurality of counters for counting the number of sheets of printing on every kind of the service corresponding to the image data when the image data indicated by this printing indicating part 24 is printed.
