PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition for composite molding excellent in heat fusibility with various resins, moldability and oil resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 100 pts.wt. sum total of 10-75 pts.wt. (a) a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound with a conjugated diene compound and/or its hydrogenated product and 90-25 pts.wt. (b) a polar ethylenic copolymer, and 0.01-2.5 pts.wt.
