PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a modesty panel for easily fitting the modesty panel between front and rear or between right and left legs, in which the fitting structure is not exposed by removing metal fittings and good appearance is maintained when the modesty panel is not needed. SOLUTION: A hollow part 3c is formed inside the leg 3. A plate 4 having a screw hole is welded along a lower inside edge 3c' of the hollow part 3c. A cap 5 molded of resin or the like is arranged on a lower face of the plate 4 and the metal fitting 6 for the modesty plate is arranged on a lower face of the cap. Screw inserting holes are formed in the cap 5 and the metal fitting 6. A fixing screw 8 is screwed in the screw hole through the screw inserting holes for fitting the metal fitting 6 so that a modesty plate fitting part 6c of the metal fitting 6 faces between opposite faces of the legs 3.
