PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle hole cover for a game machine casing by which the casing is carried easily. SOLUTION: When a substrate 61 is brought down toward a depth part 51 from the side of an opening 52 by a flexible hinge part 60, a rib 62 enters the inside of a cover body 50 through a through hole 63, a projecting part 621 formed on the side face of the rib 62 is fitted into the recess part 543 formed on the lower surface of the upper part 541 of an outer cylinder part 54, and a flat part 612 of the substrate 61 forms the same plane with the upper part 541 of the outer cylinder part 54 to close the through hole 63. When cover body 50 of the handle hole cover 35 is inserted from the outside of the casing into the handle hole in this state and the outer cylinder part 54 is fitted into the handle hole, an engaging projection part 533 is engaged with the inner surface of the case of the upper periphery of the handle hole, and a lower surface abutting part 56 abuts on the lower surface of the inner periphery of the handle hole. Moreover, a flange part 55 abuts on a recessed part for fitting and inserting of the flange provided on the outer surface of the casing of the periphery of the handle hole.
