PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of used nursing care goods by which smell is not spread even when putting the used nursing care goods etc. into the apparatus, the smell is not leaked even in a room, and the smell is not spread even when collecting the goods from the apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: an upper cover 13 provided so as to be openable and closable by an upper cover opening and closing pedal 6; a plastic bag holding part 2; a seal apparatus 3 provided for sealing the mouth of the plastic bag and operated electrically; a treating product stocker 15 provided in a state where it can be taken out from an opening formed in front of the apparatus; and a bottom cover 4 which covers the opening at the upper surface of the stocker and which can be opened and closed electrically. In a state where the bottom of the plastic bag set to the holding part of the plastic bag is placed on the bottom cover, the upper cover 13 is opened by the pedal and the used nursing care goods etc. are put into the plastic bag. Thereafter, the mouth of the plastic bag is sealed by the seal apparatus. The bottom cover is opened linked with the seal apparatus, and the plastic bag containing the sealed used nursing care goods falls into the bag set to the stocker to be housed.
