PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus enabling hygienical execution without performing the change of form and internal processing of piping, and decreasing piping pressure loss at the time of transporting frozen dessert at a low cost without lowering production ability and frozen dessert quality. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for decreasing pressure loss of frozen dessert transport piping decreases pressure loss of frozen dessert transport piping 4 for transporting the frozen dessert discharged from a freezer 2. The outlet 3 of the freezer 2 of the frozen dessert transport piping 4 is covered with a jacket 11 so as to be formed in a double pipe 12 form, and a heat transfer medium at≤13°C is distributed between the jacket 11 and the frozen dessert transport piping 4.
