<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel medicinal herb salt easily used for a broad range of cooking, making an eater readily relish dishes prepared with medicinal herbs, and also good for health. <P>SOLUTION: The medicinal herb salt is produced through adding a crude drug to deep sea water salt. The crude drug comprises Jew's marrow, blackthorn, cinnamon, turmeric and pepper. The medicinal herb salt obtained through adding the crude drug to the deep sea water salt is widely usable for various kinds of cooking because salt is essential for the human body and also absolutely necessary to cooking.
