<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system managing secret information without leaking it, and allowing effective information provision in reference to the secret information. <P>SOLUTION: For example, the personal secret information of an information requirement user is stored in a secret information database capable of being accessed by only a management server. The management server applies the secret information to generate a keyword for retrieving an appropriate person of an information providing user, extracts the information providing user on the basis of the generated keyword, and exhibits requesting contents from an information requesting terminal to the information providing user. The information providing user generates a comment according to the exhibited contents, and stores it into a question response database of the management server.
