<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor used with its vibrator turned down for realizing a lower height. <P>SOLUTION: This angular velocity sensor is equipped with the vibrator comprising drive arms for drive vibration and a bent arm for bending vibration. The drive arms and the bent arm are stood on a part of a frame body.
