<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress erroneous generation of an emergency signal, and to surely attain the generation of an emergency signal in emergency. <P>SOLUTION: This authentication system is provided with biological information inputting parts 1 and 2 for acquiring biological information, a secret information inputting part 3 for inputting secret information and processing parts 4, 5, 6 and 7 for performing authentication processing based on the biological information from the biological information input parts 1 and 2 and the secret information from the secret information inputting part 3.
