<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio IC tag to prohibit specific actions such as washing/drying for an unwashable article such as a purse, a card case, a name-card case, and a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: The radio IC tag 12 includes information for prohibiting specific actions such as washing/drying.
