<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail baluster structure capable of using a material in common, even in stairs different in a step height, in a baluster structure for constituting a handrail of the stairs. <P>SOLUTION: This handrail baluster structure is a handrail baluster structure erected on a tread of the stairs and a floor surface of a lower story for supporting the handrail of the stairs. A handrail baluster is formed in a substantially triangular shape with a horizontal member fixed to the tread of the stairs and the floor surface of the lower story as a base; and is constituted so as to be supported by a lateral swinging preventive member for forming a fitting structure fitted in a side surface of the baluster.
