摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing a triarylamine compound used for an electronic material at a low cost, and also obtaining the triarylamine compound having less coloration and excellent in electric characteristics.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the triarylamine compound is provided by performing the reaction of an arylamine compound expressed by formula (1) [wherein, Ar1, Ar2are each independently an aryl group which may have an electron-donating substituent; and (a) is 1 or 2] with a halogenated aryl in the presence of a hydrogenating substance.
