<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a door glass so as to easily follow a run channel provided in a sash of a door for an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: In ST01, ST02, a door glass is inclined in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle above a space between an inner panel and an outer panel of a door for an automobile while the door glass is held by a door glass holding part, and the length of the door glass in the longitudinal direction is reduced. The door glass inclined in ST03 is lowered, and located between a pair of a front lower sash and a rear lower sash provided before and behind the door for the automobile. In ST04, the inclination of the door glass is restored to the predetermined state, the door glass is fitted to the front lower sash and the rear lower sash, respectively.
