COOLING UNIT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling unit having excellent cooling performance with high heat absorbing efficiency from a radiating external wall plate. SOLUTION: The cooling unit is composed of the radiating external wall plate directly mounted to a high temperature outer surface wall of a high temperature heating body, and a bent metallic flat tube uniformly stuck to a flat surface or curved surface of the radiating external wall plate and having a flatness buckling ratio of 3% or less and a flatness ratio of 40-50%. The high temperature outer surface wall of the high temperature heating body is cooled by allowing a heat medium fluid to flow through the metal flat tube. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
