PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition which has a high dropping point, can be used at high temperatures and has an improved acoustic property of a complex lithium soap grease. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a base oil composed of mineral oil, synthetic oil or their mixture and 2-30 mass% of a complex lithium soap thickener. The complex lithium soap comprises a lithium aliphatic monocarboxylate, the lithium salt of an aromatic dibasic acid and the lithium salt of an aliphatic dibasic acid. The ratio of the lithium salt of the aromatic dibasic acid to the lithium salt of the aliphatic dibasic acid is 5-95:95-5 by mass. The grease composition has a worked penetration of 130-385.
