PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong toner having a broad fusing latitude, a high gloss and a non-printing offset property. SOLUTION: The composition suitable for a toner contains a polymerization initiator and an unsaturated sulfopolyesteramine resin, that preferably contains (i) an amine residue, (ii) an alkali sulfonate residue and (iii) an unsaturated residue and is preferably represented by the chemical formula, wherein A is an arylene, B is an organoalkali sulfonate, C is an unsaturated alkene, R is an alkylene, and l, m and n are each a number of segment.
