PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the manager of a ticket vending machine to know that the machine runs out of change or that it is full of bills, without confirming the display of the operating panel of the machine. SOLUTION: An item ticket 7A that is issued when the number of coins for the change is sufficient in the ticket vending machine 1 having the function of dispensing the change has printed thereon the time 7b of issuance, an item 7c, the sum 7d of money, the name 7e of a store, and a telephone number 7f. An item ticket 7E that is issued after the number of coins for the change has decreased has no-change marks 7g, 7h printed on the portion of a stub 72 delivered to the store, in addition to the above information printed. The no-change marks 7g, 7h indicate that few 100-yen and 10-yen coins remain stored, respectively. On receiving the stub 72, a store clerk can know that the machine is running out of the change based on the information printed, and can prevent the ticket vending machine 1 from running out of the change.
