PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an announcement meeting support system including an electronic conference realizing smooth conference management and smooth information flow in a conference in which quick judgement is required. SOLUTION: A control part 11 reads out a prestored original file for announcement and a distribution list stored in a distribution list storage part 15 in accordance with an instruction from an announcer, and an output processing part 14 transmits an image unit to participants' terminals (16, 17) indicated by the distribution list synchronously with announcer's explanation. The participants's terminals (16, 17) display images. When each of the participants' terminals (16, 17) transmits an inquiry to the announcer, an input processing part 13 in a main terminal 10 receives a processing file and stores the processing file into a processing file storage part 12 to which priority is allocated and the announcer is informed of the reception of the inquiry of high priority.
