PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a panel for information display, with which the steps are simplified, the tact time is shortened, the facilities are reduced, and the yield is improved, and a panel for information display. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the panel for information display which displays information by sealing a display medium 3 in cells partitioned and formed with partition walls 4 between two sheets of substrates 1, 2, of which at least one is transparent, and transferring the display medium by imparting an electric field to the display medium, the partition walls 4, with adhesive layers 13 arranged on the tips thereof, are formed by metal mold transferring in forming the partition walls 4 on the substrate 1 (2).
