PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution containing needle crystals which generate negative ions when friction is applied thereto, a method for preparating the same, and to prepare a cosmetic pack. SOLUTION: The solution containing the needle crystals dissolved therein is obtained by charging Ryukyu limestone, an electrolyte solution, and an antioxidant into a decomposition tank and extracting needle crystals from the Ryukyu limestone in the decomposition tank, and the method for preparing the same and the cosmetic pack are described.
