PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and reliably ignite charcoal and to reduce a thermal load received from firing charcoal. SOLUTION: A charcoal bucket (22) is made as a cast iron product having strength in durability, and an electric heater (36) is made as a kanthal wire (35) wound onto a ceramic core bar (34) in the state of a large-diameter petal. To a distal end of a heater-surrounding cover (42) surrounding this, a ceramic blow-out nozzle (46) partitioned and created finely is fitted and fixed. Between the nozzle (46) of the cover (42) and a ventilation port (23) opening at the trunk face of the charcoal bucket (22) which oppose each other, a fixed interval distance (D) is secured.
