PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a game machine by which a fraudulent action can be easily found out by making this caulking structure by which evidence remains in a control board itself at the time of unsealing a board box and to provide a game machine with it. SOLUTION: It is required to unseal the board box 2 breaking a caulking member 40 for taking out the control board 3 housed in the board box 2 because the caulking member 40 constituting a part of the caulking structure sealing the board box 2 is constituted integrally with the control substrate 3. Consequently, the evidence of unsealing inevitably remains in the control board 3 side, the fraudulent action can be easily and surely found out when the board box 2 is fraudulently unsealed and the tampering such as changing with an unauthorized ROM is done on the control board 3.
