Process for production of insulating foam-polystyrene-perlit concretes, ecological and with no cracks comprises from mixing the components like this: water, cement, with or without tiny aggregate, special additives as expanded polystyrene, grinded polystyrene or perlite singularly or in combination, foam based on a concrete froth. In the procedure herefrom are produced concretes (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) that harden in atmospheric conditions, and in conditions of heating or in autoclave conditions based on quartz sand, burned or minced clay and hydratized lime, concrete (5). All these concretes are liable for use in producing the filling in elements (6) for mezzanine constructions with horizontal ventilating ducts (7). |
