<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave absorption sheet ensuring stabilized permeability characteristics in high frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave absorption sheet 1 comprises a soft magnetic layer 10 formed to have a predetermined thickness by laying flat soft magnetic metal powder having an insulating film on the surface in the thickness direction, and an electric insulation layer 20 covering the surface of the soft magnetic layer 10 wherein 40 wt% or more of the flat soft magnetic metal powder has a grain size of 45-125 μm. Preferably, the flat soft magnetic metal powder having a grain size of 32 μm or less is less than 30 wt% and the flat soft magnetic metal powder having a grain size of 32-45 μm is more than 25 wt%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
