<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating actuator that allows minute rotational angle feeding and high-speed rotational drive. <P>SOLUTION: The rotating actuator is constituted of: a torsionally deformable piezoelectric element 11 that is an electromechanical energy transducing element; a transmitter member 12 connected to the piezoelectric element 11; an engagement member 13 inserted into an insertion hole 12a of the transmitter member and rotatably engaged therewith; and a mirror (light reflecting part) 14 connected to the engagement member 13. By constituting the rotating actuator by using the piezoelectric element 11, a rotational angle per pulse of a pulse current is small, thereby providing the rotating actuator that allows the minute rotational angle feeding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
