<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pizzas, by which pizzas that exhibit excellent swelling of dough in an oven in baking and have excellent flavor, palatability, taste, grain and baked color and the same qualities as that of pizzas obtained by manual operation of a skilled workman are readily mass-produced in good workability without depending upon the skilled workman. <P>SOLUTION: A pizza dough is rolled and formed between an upper plate heated at 100-180°C and a bottom plate heated at <60°C, the formed pizza dough is made upside down and baked by a baking furnace or an oven. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
