<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simplifying construction of a document constructed by a team. <P>SOLUTION: Sections of the document are allocated from word processing document to team members. When a document template is opened by a user, respective different sections inside the document are allocated to the team members. When the sections are allocated, a report showing allocation is transmitted to the team members. For assisting document construction, the team member searches for contents from a single or a plurality of content libraries to use them. Newly created contents are also stored in a new/existing content library.
