<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling each individual belonging to an organization group to receive the issue of a credit card in an unexamined state. <P>SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a credit card company, a utilization organization group, individuals belonging to the group, and an arrangement company. The arrangement company applies a credit card to the credit card company within the range of guarantee provided from the utilization organization group through the Internet, each individual belonging to the organization group enters main items in the application of a credit card and transmits the application to the arrangement company through the Internet and the arrangement company transmits the application request from the individual to the credit company through the Internet.
