PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a retrieval time of information related to a task, and to reduce work man-hours.

SOLUTION: A project management support system 1 has a navigation information display part 22 disclosing a content related to the task performed by a user in a project to the user; a database 3 storing product-related information 33 storing a content name and an evaluation value thereof; a material evaluation point input part 23 receiving evaluation about the content browsed by the user in time of task execution; and a URL list rearrangement processing part 27 rearranging whereabouts information inside the product-related information 33 for disclosing the content according to the evaluation in order of height of the evaluation.
