<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a functional food obtained by taking various kinds of minute amount of (metal element) mineral waters capable of activating cells for preventing, treating and curing various kinds of diseases such as geriatric diseases, lifestyle-related diseases, viral diseases, allergic diseases from ores. <P>SOLUTION: Humans are subject to diseases even if any of five big nutrients such as hydrocarbons, proteins, fats, minerals and vitamins is deficient. The minerals can not be created in human bodies. cereal crops and livestock products using the crops as feed continue to be short of these minerals and humans eating those are also short of minerals in an inorganic agricultural method which is a present agricultural policy. As a result, since cell activity cannot perform normal activity, humans cannot get over diseases even if when any time comes. Therefore, it becomes important to directly utilize minerals from ores. Minerals are taken from ores. Many kinds of high-purity minerals are contained in good balance in these ores.
