PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving posture maintaining device capable of realizing a state of the forwardly inclined posture in a physically relaxed manner, and easily driving and steering a vehicle. SOLUTION: The driving posture maintaining device has a posture maintaining mechanism 10 to maintain the posture of a driver 20 to drive a vehicle. In the driving posture maintaining mechanism 10, an upper space to take the upwardly stretching posture of the driver 20 is opened, and the driving posture maintaining mechanism is brought into contact with at least a part of a shoulder, a chest, a belly and arms in the advancing direction side of the driver 20 to maintain the driver 20 in a substantially forwardly inclined driving posture, and is stored when it is not in use.
