PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a high-definition broadband voice call utilizing an existent telecommunication apparatus. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a telecommunication apparatus accommodation system which accommodates a telecommunication apparatus including an operation unit for performing operation for call establishment and performs call control with a broadband network. This telecommunication apparatus accommodation system comprises: a broadband voice input/output device in which an operation unit is not provided or an operation unit has not function and which is capable of inputting/outputting a broadband audio signal; and an accommodation system body capable of setting a speech path between the broadband network and the broadband voice input/output device in response to a call originating operation from the telecommunication apparatus or when setting a speech path through a call terminating operation.
