PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of echoes by preventing a voice of a communication partner generated from a speaker from going into a mike in a cellular phone terminal capable of sliding a display section casing to an operating section casing. SOLUTION: A speaker hole 6a internally having the speaker 6b for generating the voice of the communication partner, and a display section 5 are arranged in the display section casing 2. A mike hole 9a integrally having a mike 9b, and an operating section 8 comprised of an operation key or the like are arranged in an operating section casing 3. Furthermore, a protrusion 10a is provided in a periphery of the mike hole 9a on a surface of the operating section casing 3. A protrusion 7a is provided at a position facing to the mike 9a on a rear surface of the operating section casing 2 when a body of the cellular phone terminal 1 is contracting. A structure to form walls in a periphery of the mike 9a is provided by the protrusions 7a and 9a contacting in a direction of thickness of the body when the body is contracting.
