PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which it never be difficult to operate operating knobs even when a large display screen and small operating knobs are arranged therein. SOLUTION: A small pressing button 19 is provided on a surface of a first casing 10 facing to a second casing 11 in a closed status for giving different directions depending on a pressing operation shorter than a predetermined time or the pressing operation over the predetermined time. The second casing 11 is provided with a boss 101 for keeping pressing the pressing button 19 in the closed status and for releasing the small pressing button 19 in an open status.
