WIRELESS TAG READER, READING METHOD, AND READING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a wireless tag reader having sensor function, capable of detecting the presence of water or the like in no contact.

SOLUTION: A first communication means 11 tries communication with a first wireless tag 21 with electromagnetic wave of a first frequency which is easily absorbed by a material that is a detection object, and a second communication means 12 tries communication with a second wireless tag 22 with electromagnetic wave of a second frequency which is hardly absorbed by the detection object. A determination means 13 determines the presence of a material which absorbs the electromagnetic wave of the first frequency when the first communication means 11 is not communicable and the second communication means 12 is communicable.
