<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a program for inspection that shorten the inspection time of product manufacture inspection of electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a shortening method for the product manufacture inspection time of the electronic equipment having an audio communication function of outputting acoustic reproduction output of a termination sound generated by an FM sound source from a speaker and a pair of headphones, the method realizing deletion of a range switching time by adjusting the internal gain of an audio IC by using a serial I/F (interface) signal from a CPU (central arithmetic processing unit) so that when an audio communication output signal and a speaker output signal and a headphones output signal from an audio reproducing circuit are measured, measurement range switching becomes unnecessary. The inspection time is shortened by not measuring output levels of output signals A, B, and C as they are when they are measured respectively, but confirming switching of output logic from an output OFF state to an output ON state and deciding whether inspection is passed in timing to the switching. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
