PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy member for nonferrous molten metal which has excellent erosion resistance, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and heat retaining property and is applicable to various erosion-resistant alloy members used in contact with nonferrous molten metal. SOLUTION: A substrate of the alloy member has a composition consisting of, by mass, 1.0 to 4.0% C, 0.2 to 4.0% Si, 0.2 to 3.0% Mn, 4.0 to 10.0% Ni, 10.0 to 25.0% Cr,≤9.0% Mo, 4.0 to 15.0% V, 0.001 to 3.0% Al and the balance Fe with inevitable impurity elements, and a nitrided layer is formed on the surface of the substrate. Moreover, the surface of the alloy member for nonferrous molten metal further contains, by mass, one or more among <0.2% W,≤0.5% Co and≤10.0% Nb. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
