PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusible resin composition simultaneously excellent in a light transmission property, a light diffusing property and an impact strength, and a light-diffusible molded article composed of the resin composition at a low price. SOLUTION: The light-diffusible polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A) and, incorporated therewith, 1-15 pts wt. of a bead-like crosslinked acrylic resin (B) and 1-5 pts.wt. of a multilayered structure polymer (C) comprising at least a core layer formed of an aromatic vinyl monomer, an intermediate layer composed of a rubbery polymer and an outermost layer composed of a polymer formed of the aromatic vinyl monomer.
