PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole which is easy to put on and off as well as has slip prevention effect. SOLUTION: The insole is provided with an insole body, a slip prevention member arranged lower than the upper surface of the insole body and an energization member for making the slip prevention member energize up to the insole body, and the upper surface of the slip prevention member is shifted to the position higher than the upper surface of the insole body through the energization member when the insole body is loaded.
