PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which effectively contributes to improvement of the quality of wagon service articles on the side of a game saloon. SOLUTION: The management system 1 for wagon service (WS) consists of: a management device 3 which is managed by a game saloon company managing the game saloon and which manages the articles for WS; a cooking table 5 which is managed by a WS company for managing WS in the game saloon and which is for cooking the article for WS; a plurality of trays 7 for WS which are managed by the WS company and which are for bringing the article for WS cooked at the cooking table 5 to the place of a playing customer; and a management device 9 which is managed by a wholesaler who wholesales the articles for WS and which manages wholesaling. Whenever a WS article is ordered from the playing customer, the trays 7 for WS transmits order information showing its content to the cooking table 5 by radio. When the cooking table 5 receives the order information from the trays 7, the cooking table 5 transmits the order information to the management device 3. Moreover, when a prescribed order condition is formed, the management device 3 transmits the order information showing a content for ordering the WS article to the management device 9.
