<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic moving picture content distribution system making efficient image distribution and high quality stereoscopic image display. <P>SOLUTION: A stereoscopic moving picture video recording control means 100 respectively combines images for a right eye and images for a left eye constituting a stereoscopic image, and parallel composites the images to thereby make the number of pictures of the image for the right eye and that of the image for the left eye be always equal, to have little influence in the case where packet discard caused by a line failure or the like occurs, and to make it easy to adjust synchronizing timing of the image for the right eye and the image for the left eye at the time of displaying a stereoscopic moving picture. In addition, the stereoscopic moving picture video recording control means 100 thins down the images and makes a file size be almost half to thereby shorten a distribution time in the case of transmitting stereoscopic moving picture contents through a network such as the Internet.
