<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system for sharing solution information of faults generated when an application program is executed. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a database (DB) 110 for storing fault information including information necessary for the purpose of inspecting a cause of a fault generated when the developed application program is executed and information indicating a solution for solving the fault; a detection means for retrieving the DB 110 in detecting the fault and detecting similar fault information; and a restriction means for restricting the use of the fault information sharing system 1 until a fault solution prepared by a developer is registered in the DB 110 when similar fault information cannot be detected by the detection means. Consequently the solution of the fault can be prevented from being forgotten to be registered, and when a similar fault is generated, the solution can be utilized and time required for the utilization can be saved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
