<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of photoreceptor drum capable of accurately performing the attachment of a flange member to a drum body while matching phases of rotation irregularities of gear parts of both ends of the photoreceptor drum in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The flange members 16, 18 are loaded on the head 46 of a loading part 38. The top part of a cylinder body 78 is inserted into the top inner circumference of a cylindrical part 20 of the flange members 16, 18 and a protrusion piece 26 is positioned outside the cylinder body 78. Compressed air is supplied into a space S almost tightly closed by the cylinder body 78, flange members 16, 18 and an insertion shaft 56, the end surface of a gear part 24 is pushed against the front end surface of the head 46 by the air pressure and the flange members 16, 18 are integrally rotated with the head 46. The flange members 16, 18 are integrally rotated with the head 46 while operating a sensor 80, it is detected that the protrusion piece 26 is located on any rotation angle position of the head 46 and, based on the detection results, the phases of the gear parts 24 of the flange members 16, 18 are aligned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
