<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display apparatus capable of performing image display by which temporal features such as a preparation date of an image or information including the image and an updating date can be visually and instantaneously grasped. <P>SOLUTION: The information display apparatus is provided with: an original image color information acquisition means 11 for acquiring color information in each pixel of an original image; an image time value acquisition means 12 for acquiring a value concerned with time of the image or information including the image; an image color information determination means 13 for determining the color information in each pixel of the image from the image color information and the image time value; and a display image color information substituting means 14 for substituting the determined image color information for the color information in each pixel of the display image referred to when an image display means displays the image, wherein at least one of R, G and B values of the color information in each pixel of the image is changed in accordance with the image time value, displaying the changed color information. Similarly to human judgment of time lapse by a degree of discoloration in a photograph, a picture, a printed matter or the like, the temporal feature of an image can be instantaneously grasped from the color of the displayed image at a certain accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
