<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology with which leakage of patient's personal information can be completely prevented in constructing a system constituted of terminals for preparing receipt computation data and an inspection center connected to these terminals through a network to check receipts. <P>SOLUTION: Each terminal erases or conceals information unnecessary for check processing out of information capable of prescribing an individual patient recorded in receipt computation data and conceals necessary information in accordance with a format which can be prescribed by the inspection center. When the personal information is erased/concealed, the personal information is not recorded in inspection result data. Thereby the terminal prerecords the erased/concealed personal information in the storage means correspondingly to an identifier indicating which data unit of the receipt computation data records the erased/concealed personal information, reads out the personal information from the storage means in accordance with the identifier recoded in the inspection result data received from the inspection center and restores the personal information in accordance with the read contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
