<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded container with a paperboard cover, which is molded economically without causing break of a paperboard blank, a molding method for and a molding apparatus for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The molding method for a paper container having a main body part and a lid part 3 by press-molding a paperboard blank integrally provided with a lid face panel 20, a main body panel 10 which is in the enlarged shape of the lid face panel and a hinge part connecting the lid face panel and the main body panel comprises a step of sliding the paperboard blank downward one by one by gravity in a molding die having a pair of a male die and a female die for press molding in every shot to press-mold the main body part and the lid part separately. The main body part and the lid part of the paper container are not press-molded at the same time in this molding method and molding apparatus, so that molding parts are prevented from being pulled by each other to avoid break of the paperboard blank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
