PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulating method for a vehicle behavior controlling device which enables a control parameter being adjusted to differences in movement performances for each vehicle to be set. SOLUTION: A normal circle turning traveling is performed at the time of the shipment from a factory or the like (a step S25), and vehicle characteristics at that time are measured (a step S26). A stability factor Kh which is the control parameter is calculated from the vehicle characteristics (a step S29), and is compared with a stability factor Kh being stored in a map storage section 43 (a step S30).
