PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of realizing the miniaturization of an apparatus, the reduction of the number of parts and the reduction of cost, and to provide an imaging apparatus and the manufacturing method of the lens barrel. SOLUTION: The 3rd fixed lens 27 is equipped with a front surface 2702 and a back surface 2704, an outer peripheral surface 2706 connecting the front surface 2702 and the back surface 2704, and an abutting surface 2708 extended on a plane orthogonal to the optical axis of the 3rd fixed lens 27. The outer circumferential surface 2706 has two plane parts 2710 formed of planes parallel with each other. A lens attaching part 54 is equipped with a spring means 56 for making the abutting surface 2708 abut on an abutting wall 5402, two attaching walls 5404, and holes 5406 and 5407 for injecting the adhesive provided on the respective attaching walls 5404.
